A few years ago I was reminded of the Burns Vibraslim bass that I used when I was playing in the late sixties. Until recently, I couldn’t remember what happened to it but it is back home. I’ll write about it soon.

I had a rare 1967 Fender Mustang Bass, so I decided to look for rare guitars and collect a few. This can be a very expensive exercise so I backed away very quickly. However, I managed to collect a few raries before I stopped. My latest addition was to buy a 1989 12 string Gibson SST from the collection of Kirk Pengilly (INXS), when it went to auction .  The 1967 fender became part of a deal for the aforementioned Burns.
